We are a one stop shop for property refurbs based in the North West, UK. We project manage the whole process from start to finish meaning you only have to pay one invoice and deal with one person. The Project Manager will have a detailed overview of your project and will oversee the quality of the work to completion. We are good at what we do because we build trust with our clients and are open and honest about costs and timescales. We will keep you up-to-date on your project so that you can make informed decisions every step of the way.

We will project manage the refurb and can advise on products or supplies along the way that will give you the best return on your investment.

Project Management is our bag and the part of our business we are most proud of! From our years of experience in the Property Sector, we know how time-consuming and costly it can be to deal with lots of different contractors to get your property up to scratch.
Our Project Management service is designed to take away the stress by giving you one point of contact to deal with and one invoice to pay. The Project Manager will have a detailed overview of your project and will oversee the quality of the work to completion, signing off every job done. They will book and manage the contractors to ensure that the right tradespeople are in at the right time so that the job runs as smoothly as possible and without unnecessary frustrating delays.
We will be open and honest with you about costs and timescales so that you have a clear understanding of what is involved and can make informed decisions every step of the way.

Struggling to find the right property to invest in? We can manage the whole process for you. From sourcing the right type of property for your portfolio, to negotiating the deal through to completion. We can then pass it on to our project management team who will oversee the refurb if work needs to be done on the property, taking all the stress out of investing – start to finish.
